Scope of Works: Groundworks.

Duration: 9 Weeks

Carbon Neutral Construction started on site with cut and fill and muck away procedure to allow works to commence.

We began bringing the access road in, setting up site welfare cabins and compound areas for efficiency around the site.

We then started the excavation of the plot’s strip foundations , drainage, services and their reinforced concrete slabs.

We installed the the foul and surface water systems comprising of biodisk klagersters.
