CNC Ltd have extensive knowledge in the geotechnical aspect of such designs in conjunction with the construction method which can consist of a steel intensive basement, reinforced concrete basement, blockwork and the most recent innovation ICF (insulated concrete formwork). In order to construct basements economically a good understanding of the interface between temporary and permanent works are required. With early involvement we can sometimes use the temporary works as part of the permanent works or change the permanent aspect providing overall cost savings on the project.
