Due to the property being surrounded by its own moat, the carbon neutral construction team created access and remediation to enable works to commence. The sandstone ground was excavated after our engineers set out the basement pool to enable the concrete slab to be poured and the ICF wall construction to commence.

CNC laid and tested all surface and foul water drainage before preparing and pouring the cantilever RSJ reinforced concrete slab supported on the CFA piles set out by our engineers.
