CNC carried out all Engineering and groundworks for the 63 bedroom retirement home in Rudheath.

After a successful completion of the Preston job. CNC was awarded the full groundwork package for 63 bedroom retirement property development in Rudheath, Northwich.

CNC carried out the site strip to enable the road formation, service ducting and main drainage run to be carried out. The 163m3 concrete strip foundations were excavated, prepped and poured.

The drainage sub stacks were then Installed and brick corners set out by our engineers enabling the building to be taken to DPC and block and beam to be laid.

When the building was complete we arrived back at Rudheath to carry out drainage and the external works. Including Kerning, paving, topsoiling and finally the tarmac topping.
